The actual Holy Hound, Victor the Vizsla, was born in Charleston, SC, so we decided to pay homage to Victor’s southern roots this Burger Week with a truly southern-inspired burger.

The General Lee contains a Wayne Nell and Sons burger drizzled with our house made whiskey BBQ sauce and topped with melted pimento cheese, bacon, a fried green tomato and jalapeños on a brioche bun. To finish this tower of taste, we added a pork slider on the top. As the Duke Boys hollered....”yeee haaaa!”

Our almost ½ pound Burger topped with our homemade Chili Sauce (no beans) and American and Melted Cheddar Cheese with or without triple diced onions.

Mediterranean Monster Burger
A 3 layer burger skewered with a roasted jalapeno and served with a knife and fork & a side of Mezzo Magic Chips:

Each layer will have a ¼ lb. burger combined with a variety of Mediterranean flavors

  • 1st layer will come with roasted red pepper and Kalamata olive tapenade, red onion & fontina cheese
  • The 2nd layer will be with a slice of fried lasagna, Asiago Cheese, and Balsamic sundried tomato & onion relish
  • The 3rd layer will come with Fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, Romaine lettuce & Pesto Mayonnaise
  • Our burger bun(s) will be a garlic butter grilled Ciabatta roll
